Valentine's Day Dinner

Well Valentine's Day dinner last night was spent at home instead of romantic dinner for 2 at some expensive restaurant. Terese whipped up a quick 3 course meal in no time.

For entree we had warm prawn salads, this is her own recipe. Just some prawns with capsicums, sweet potatoes with mixed salads and nectarines. A good starter to a meal.

For mains we had confit of salmon on beans, sprinkled with crispy panchetta bits and mashed potatoes with more crispy panchetta bits shaped in a heart. Aww...how sweet!

Followed by strawberry sundaes for dessert. How was your Valentine's Day dinner?
