I was on my way to work the other day when I saw this trailer in front of me. All the way down the freeway and off again with the rubbish dropping along the way.
It is a requirement by law to secure your load when carrying loads of any kind, especially rubbish. Should I send this photo to the police so he can get a summon? *evil laugh*
