This is
Darebin Parklands in Alphington and Ivanhoe. It offers a truly unique and easily accessible environmental and outdoor program aimed at fostering practical skills and knowledge.

It is also a popular picnic ground with an interesting
walking trail.

You can practically see the
city on high ground from this parkland.

...flows down this stony creek into another small lake.

There are a lot of small lakes in this parklands filled with birds and ducks living here.

It is also a popular place for
duck feeding(not duck shooting) so I suppose it's a bird sanctuary too.
