Victorian Police has a new trick up their sleeves; their new speed cameras are now disguised as wheelie bins! I have reliable source that this is really happening...
You can obviously see the camera inside the bin...
Sitting on the side of the road waiting for the rubbish truck, no one's gonna suspect it as a speed camera! So, watch out, don't speed!
