So instead I'll just post a couple of photos a friend from Sibu sent me just to tease me! With friend like that who needs enemies, right? This is Sibu mud crabs and its making me go nuts! Ohh..juicy juicy crab claw meat..*slurp*
So Suituapui, this is what I would like to eat if I happen to come to Sibu. You know what to do lah, Beautiful Mountain! And then after that you can take me to eat Tian Mian Hu, Jiu Hu Eng Chai, Kampua, Kompia, etc ....

No problem, Wuching! I'm not kiam siap one! U come, I let u eat...till u drop (crabs, I mean and other local food!) Last year, when laksa and KNB came (Somebody has been left out...accidentally on purpose!), I also brought them to eat at this place called Hai Bing beside the Esplanade. The crabs are big, with giant red claws...better than the cheap ones which they rear in Limbang/Lawas and get delivered here in lorries every day.
Out of curiosity, who's this "friend" who sent u the photos??? Alex kah! Wah, Alex...u went eat crabs, how come u never call me one? I could have "chia" u lah!!! (Any ol' excuse to get out and gorge myself with food, glorious food...!) Next time u come home, must call me, ya?
The RM13.00 a kilo ones not nice lah!! Soft soft...! Before cooking, they're black and unattractive...and they're SMALL!!! For deprived individuals and cheap skates, they're probably good enough!!
