Roof Cleaning, Anyone?
My neighbour across the street is having their roof restored and I'm just curious as to how they do it. I'm so nosey...I'm turning into my other neighbour who's an old man that like to check out everyone that moves in the neighbourhood!

it will be good if you can lift the roof tile up to check the condition of the underlying waterproofing sheet.

Nice to have it done. But I wonder whether that guy on the roof use any safety equipment in case he slips and fall.

Hmm, I wonder how much it'll cost. The last time my 'new' house of 5 yrs was spotted with leaking roof so asked the bugger to come and check (and replace) the roof tiles, cost us a bomb!
