Went down to Federation Square this morning to check out the Thai Culture & Food Festival which was also a celebration of Thai New Year Songkran and The King's 60 years on the throne.
I was greeted with runners running down Flinders Street for the annual Run For The Kids marathon to raise money for The Royal Children's Hospital. Anyone can participate but I'm not game!
There were hundreds of runners this year maybe thousands, two courses to choose from; the 14.7 km or the 15 km run. Most major roads in the city had to be closed for the duration of the runs. Right now I'm busy preparing the post for the Songkran Festival which I hope to publish it tomorrow. Night all!

wingz: not as hansem as wingz brader!
amelia: yes, hope to get it ready soon..
5xmom: grrr....
U not man enuf like kennysia, ya? Shud join,lah...for the children! Thai food again? Yum! Yum! If got Thai massage, must try lah! They twist and turn ur body...and do acrobatics! Exciting!
STP: jiap pah boh eng lah! they got thai massage but didn't dare try!
I am still trying to figure out how the thai gals managed to turn and do acrobatics with STP body....maybe they pulled some nerve and he fell asleep and then some really butch gal or an equally STP guy came and did the acrobatics without STP realising and he kept on thinking that its the sweet young thai gals doing the massage....hhahahaha..
Why don't YOU go and try, QV? Amazing! They can do wonders...provided u don't have osteoporosis! You can always ask for male masseurs if you ARE thus inclined!
By the way, wuching, where's alex aka ajay? No comments from him and no new posts on his blog! Sure he's ok? Or now that autumn's here and winter's coming, he's gone into hibernation???
Nah, not into acrobatics, prefer normal back back massage or foot reflexology..so thanks for trying to promote it, but its ok, I'll take your word for it but no, I dnt think I'm interested to be tossed around like a roti canai...nudge nudge...
QV: when u go to phuket u can get a full body massage liao!
STP: i don't know where alex's gone to but i'll sms him now..
Wuching, am not going to Phuket, only KNB and JC, dnt want to intrude on their romantic getaway from Kuching...hehehe
congrats! you've been nominated into the top 10 list!
Laksa, went to your site, didn't c Wuching in the top ten list leh? am confused there..he's number 16...and when i click on the name, its some else punya link..something wrong ah..
laksa: i'm not in the top 10 & my link is wrong too! :(
Ya-lor! Laksa's recipe is all wrong today. :(
I went in to vote for you, Wuching...but cannot leh!
Another celebration ? Wow...Melb rock la
amelia: yes vote for me! muahahahahaha!
che-cheh: yes its the thai new year celebration but i'm swamped with work to finish it so may have to post it tonight, cannot catch snake today! :(
STP: alex sms me saying he was busy with assignments & tests..hehe
error corrected adi - go vote again!
You got my vote already... :)
Btw...I'm still confused.
Both of us nominated Mei...but how come she's not on the nomination list or polling list?
There are some names on the list whom nobody nominated...where did they come from???
Spooky! Better ring Mulder & Scully at X-Files... :(
hey wuching...
wahhahaha.. so many marathons in melbourne.... maybe u should join one, no??
Something wrong with those people, like to run so much?! Nothing better to do ah? :D
Jst realised that the candidate list like some electoral role in certain countries, where those not nominated is in there and those nominated is thrown out..hehehehehe...hey..tat's Malaysia politics what...
laksa: is this a fair election?
amelia: thank you, if i'm elected i promise to lower taxes, etc, etc...
robin: r u kidding me?
jacky: tell me about it! (roll eyes)
QV: yes, malaysian politic boleh!
Wuching....I voted and rooted for you to win the 10 Top Male Bloggers in Laksa's Blog. But i dont think you can win because obviously someone is rigging the results. JC and LAKSA got 50+ votes in a matter of 10 minutes....and is progressively rising, how is that possible? So typical of a 3rd world country elections....RIGGED!!!!
electionscom: oh well, wish them well! :)
Wah! So much controversy over that poll! Blogowner under seige! Don't tell me he's going to close down this blog as well? That will win him the "Most Short-lived blog Award", won't it?
STP: no lah, no controversy leh..just good clean fun wor..btw, did u vote for me?! *wink*wink* ;)
