I Love Freebies!

I love freebies! Anything that is free and I don't have to fork out my hard earned dollars are always welcome my way. Here's what happened on Wednesday night;

We won a ticket for two to see the premiere of The World’s Fastest Indian starring Anthony Hopkins through the local newspaper. The paper also hinted that there would be some extra surprises for the audiences on the night and Terese suspected gift vouchers under the seats which is quite a common giveaways. Sure enough when we went into the theatre she saw something under a particular seat so she sat on it. She saw another suspicious seat and sent me over to sit on it too! This way we got 2 giveaways!

Before the movie started the organizer gave a short speech and then told us about the gift vouchers. We didn’t want to arouse suspicion at first by checking under the seats but as soon as it was announced we grabbed the envelopes from under the seats and found gift vouchers for $25 each! So we have $50 all up! Yayness!

OK, a bit about the movie. Normally I’m not into boring drama movies like these but because it was free I was happy to sit through the movie. Based on a true story about a New Zealand pensioner named Burt Munro who was a mechanic and had a love for speed!

For decades he’s been perfecting his Indian motorcycle to break the world record. Eventually he did set a new speed record in Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, USA. I was pleasantly surprised by this movie, there were a lot of funny bits in the film and not the sort of films that make me fall asleep as so many boring drama movies do. 3 ½ stars from me. Go see it!

u got it man...

www.torrentspy.com

as good as suprnova.org last time...everything is well organized. torrents ranging from XXX to programs...hehe...

other torrent junkyards which sometimes prove to be useful are

www.mininova.com
www.thepiratebay.org
http://www.torrentreactor.net/

as for hongkong drama series or movies, i recommend http://asianfanatics.net/forum/

the draw back is that u have to become a member, keep good post counts, then only they allow u to download. dun ask me how it works coz usually my friend downloads them. i believe they have a section in the forum that tells you how to do it.
