But lucky I have a few old PCs at home that I can salvage the parts from. I found an atx power supply from an old IBM machine and it still works. Problem is it doesn't have enough power outlets coz I have too many drives hooked up to the PC! I'll just have to get a cable splitter, cheaper than getting another power supply.

It finally died
Today the power supply in my desktop PC blew up. It was bound to happen coz its been making this grinding noise from the fan. Sometimes I stuck a satay stick in it to stop the noise but that overheated it and today it finally died.
But lucky I have a few old PCs at home that I can salvage the parts from. I found an atx power supply from an old IBM machine and it still works.
