Why is it that every time we put an item up for sale on eBay the buyers have to come from interstate? We were hoping we don't have to organize transportation and just have the buyers pick up the items from us saving us time and hassle.
But it was not to be, so far the only inquiries we're getting are from interstate; one from Queensland and the other from NSW I think. It would help if they told us their suburbs cause the courier company would want to know that before giving a quote. Grrr..

Mr. Fixit
Came into work this morning and found the email not working. What's going on? Rang up Mrs Kiamsiap Boss and found out she stuffed it up! Stewpig mutherfarker! Leave our email account alone wiil ya?
Apparently she wanted to find out if we had any work coming thru the email like normal but she did it at home. She didn't know the password so she rang up the service provider who gave her a temporary password to log in and to change to a new password. Well did she do it? Nope, everything has to be left for me to clean up. I'm Mr Fixit!

Funny t-shirts
My favorite clothing is actually my jeans and t-shirts so suffice to say I buy lots of t-shirts whenever there’s a sale on.
I particularly like those funny t-shirts; you know the ones that have funny drawings with great phrases like ‘Shit Happens’ and stuff like that? Well now I’ve found a website that sells all these funny t-shirts and I’m like a kid in a candy store!
Building Boba Fett's Slave 1 Step 10, Part 2: The skirting
I'm starting work on the skirting of the ship. This part is actually quite tricky needing to get worn off peeled off paint look. I don't know if I can do it...
But first I needed a base for it using Tamiya's AS-16 gray on top as well as bottom since parts of the bottom will be exposed as well.
Then I had to mask the open areas so that when I spray the next color of hull red on it will not get into the bottom part of the skirting.
This is the skirting after I had sprayed with Mr. Hobby's 29 hull red color. I have removed the masking tapes, the middle part will be hidden later so it doesn't matter if it has bits of gray and red on it.
To make the worn peeled paint effect I scratched the surface with sand paper but I think I got carried away a bit and went overboard. There's a lot of deep ugly scratches on it. I think I'll have to redo this...

Start savings from small
The best lesson parents can teach their children is to know the value of money and how to save and not waste it. At a very young tender age you should open some kind of savings accounts for your children and make it a habit for them to put a bit of their allowances into the accounts to watch their savings grow. Before you know it they’ll have their own little nest eggs tucked away for rainy days.
Tricycle
Aww..isn't that the cutest? Little cutie's tricycle is chained to the bicycle stand together with the parent's bike. This way no thief's going to steal your little tricycle now isn't it?
Sorry for the bad quality picture but this photo was taken with Motorola V3 camera phone so the quality is never going to be perfect. I wouldn't mind the 5 mega-pixel camera phone they selling though!

PC and video games
One of the nephews is having his birthday next weekend. He’s fifteen and I can’t decide what to give him.
I supposed boys his age are into PC and video games but it has been a while since I played those and I have no idea what’s hot and what’s not nowadays. I need some help in this department and Buy.com is just the life saver I need, they have all the latest games available in all platforms. Go check them out today.

Roach
This is the cockroach I captured last night in the bathroom. The weather's been exceptionally warm this year which triggers a boom in cockroach population. We see cockroaches on a daily basis in and outside the house.
So what do I do when I catch one? I leave it in the container until it dies of starvation! Muahahahahahahaha..that's for scaring my wife in the bathroom.

Finding Baby Clothes
The other day while shopping for some Baby Clothes at the department store I couldn’t help but noticing they don’t have very much in term of range.
And the ones that are available all pretty much look similar when you compare one to the other. There has to be a better way of looking for nice kids’ clothing and SandboxCouture.com is the place for good quality children’s wears.
Another item for sale
Here's another item my Kiamsiap Boss made me sell on eBay; showroom garment display rack. It's listed online now and so far only 1 inquiry all the way from Queensland!
He only wants $100 for it, more if he could but I doubt if it gets there. Good price though, it can extend to 25 meters long. You just secure the whole structure to the wall and floor. You want it?

Alcohol Rehab
We all enjoy the occasion drinks every now and then during social events or when we’re relaxing at home. In fact a little bit of alcohol can be good for all of us as long as we drink in moderation.
Sadly there are people in the community who can get abused by alcohol and drink to excess causing violence in their homes. There are help out there; if you or a loved one has a drinking problem then alcohol rehab can help.

*Evil Laugh*
I was on my way to work the other day when I saw this trailer in front of me. All the way down the freeway and off again with the rubbish dropping along the way.
It is a requirement by law to secure your load when carrying loads of any kind, especially rubbish. Should I send this photo to the police so he can get a summon? *evil laugh*

Gridmesh for sale
My Kiamsiap Boss at work is trying to get rid of some of the fictures and fittings he has from his old shop and it includes 4 grid meshes that you can hang on the wall.
There are 4 of them made of steel covered with plastic. Just screw 4 screws onto the wall to hang them and then you can display your garments on them. Who wants to buy?

Grow Lights
Being a gardening enthusiast I’m thinking of venturing into hydroponics now. This way I can grow my favorite plants without the need for soil like tomatoes.
I do need to set up the whole system; a garage is ideal, then all the structures needed and most importantly grow lights to grow the plants. You can find all the growing lights needs at AccessDiscounts.us and get your hydroponics growing.

Building Boba Fett's Slave 1 Step 10, Part 1: More work on the undercarriage.
Moving along to Step 10 sees me continuing with the undercarriage of the ship. There's so much to do here; painting gluing, more painting and gluing...
Looks like this section is going to take as much time as the main hull but I managed to get through a lot over the weekend. That's what I like about FineMolds, they pay much attention to details.
I had to paint these 2 semi circle wheels that go on the sides of the undercarriage. Don't know what they're called but an overall color of Tamiya's XF-53 Neutral Gray followed by a mixture of Tamiya's XF-64 and XF-49 to finish off the pieces.
The wheels are then glued to the sides of the undercarriage which also had Tamiya's XF-65 Gield Gray painted to some parts of it. That's just half the job done, more to come...

New baby on the way
Looks like there's going to be an addition to the clan soon, just heard from mum that big sister is expecting another baby this coming spring. Hopefully it will be a girl this time, she's already had three boys!
That reminded me that I better start looking for baby clothes to give as presents. SandboxCouture.com is the place to go for all the clothes you need for the little people. I've been buying from them for ages, they're great!

Building Boba Fett's Slave 1 Step 9: Starting on the undercarriage.
Finally I have finish the main hull so can move on to Step 9 where I can start working on building the undercarriage of the ship. If you think the main hull was too much work then you haven't seen the undercarriage yet!
There are more detailed parts involved with the undercarriage. Most of them have to be painted with different colors and then meticulously glued together. To start off I gave the whole piece a once over Tamiya's AS-16 Gray then I painted certain areas with Tamiya's XF-63 German Gray.
This makes the parts stand out as part of the engine. It looks easy but it's actually very time consuming and you need a steady eyes and hand to carefully paint only the areas you want, some areas are deep inside amongst all the other pieces...

Baby Gifts
I just heard news that one of the cousins has given birth to a healthy baby girl again. Looks like its time to go shopping for more baby gifts like the usual baby clothes, toys and blankets.
Babies grow out of their clothes so quick that you have to keep buying them new clothes because they out wear their tiny clothes faster than you can say gaga!
